We ensure quality control of each and every piece directly from India before dispatch. It also helps in lowering international shipping costs, if any queries are there feel free to contact us before purchasing.

If after speaking with customer support you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return or exchange items within 20 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

The item(s) need to be as received: all original packaging (tags, labels, etc.) must have been unused and in its original condition, and not have been damaged by misuse, neglect, or accident. Examples of misuse include using extremely high heat, storing water in copper for more than 10 hours, improper cleaning, preheating when oil or ghee is absent, or a slight discoloration (including natural tarnishing of brass, copper, and bronze). Tarnish being a natural phenomenon that indicates the purity of metal, and the use of Pitambari or Dara powder or any other brass and copper cleaner maintains its shine. Such items are not returnable. Returns do not apply to handmade things, which time measure may present minor differences and will not be construed to mean defects.

Return Charges

We do not restock items against returns. However, return shipping charges would be deducted from your refund- issued to the original payment method.

How to Request for Return

To initiate a return, please email your order ID along with your concern and clear pictures of the product to contactus@copperbrazier.com. Our team will evaluate your request and respond within 48 hours. Ensure that the item is packed securely in the original packaging before returning it to us.

Received Damaged or Defective Item?

If your order is received damaged or defective, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. We focus on resolving such problems as quickly as possible. Contact us at contactus@copperbrazier.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. The shedling of your redemption will happen in your original payment category once the returned item(s) are in your possession. An email will confirm the initiation of return processing. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. You are encouraged to use your wrapping as much as it is possible to ensure safe delivery of your products. For international orders, the amount refunded may vary according to the latest currency fluctuations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests should be directed to us as soon as possible to maximize the chance of successful cancellation of the order i.e. within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If the order is already in shipment, the chances of order cancellation may be diminished. However due to the complexities of cross-border transactions, processing charges would be levied by our payment service providers. Refund amount will be lesser in the event of cancellation because of these charges.
