We take pride in offering handcrafted copper and brass cookware made by skilled artisans. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with the policy below.

2. What Products Can Be Returned

The following products are eligible for return:
New and unused products
Products received damaged or defective
Incorrect products received due to our error

The following products cannot be returned:

Used products
Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper care
Custom-made or personalised products
Clearance, sale, or final-sale items
Gift cards

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Every Copper Brazier product is handcrafted using traditional artisan techniques. Minor variations in colour, finish, texture, dimensions, and hammer marks are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Copper & Brass Natural Ageing
Pure copper and brass naturally develop a patina and may change colour over time. This is a normal characteristic of these metals and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

3. Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
Requests received after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unused and in original condition
Be returned in their original packaging where possible
Include all accessories, inserts, manuals, and complimentary items supplied with the order
Show no signs of misuse, damage, or alteration
Copper Brazier reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund.

5. How to Start a Return

Reason for return
Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send items back without prior approval.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Copper Brazier will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault, damage during transit, or an error made by Copper Brazier.
Exchanges: Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.

9. Additional Terms

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has entered production, packing, or dispatch, cancellation requests may not be possible.
Lost or Damaged Returns
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged.
If a returned item is lost or damaged during transit, we may be unable to process a refund. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Restocking Fees Copper Brazier does not currently charge restocking fees on approved returns.
Policy Updates We may update this Returns & Refunds Policy from time to time. Please review the latest version before initiating a return.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
